Bailey House 23rd Annual Auction and Party

The Lexington Avenue Armory

Wednesday, February 23, 2011

Join host Carmen Marc Valvo and Sherri Shepherd for an unforgettable evening as Bailey House holds its 23rd annual Auction and Party!

Known for its high-end art, designer furniture, and exotic vacations, this year will prove to be no exception.  Don’t miss a night of cocktails, mingling, and bidding wars, but most importantly, a night to take a stand against the spread of HIV/AIDS with your support of our housing programs and critical services.

Purchase tickets before December 31st and attend the exclusive pre-Auction reception for a chance to view and bid on items before the doors officially open.  Limited tickets available.

For more information on how to support the Auction and Party please call 212-633-2500 ext 458.

Two of my photos will be in a silent auction @ Sandboxstudio for ICP: International Center Of Photography!

3rd annual Sandbox Studio NY Art Auction & Party

This year, as last, the proceeds will be going to a scholarship fund at The International Center Of Photography. Support from this event will assist enormously in giving talented and deserving students from here and abroad the opportunity to receive a world-class photographic education by defraying some of the costs of tuition. ICP Scholarship funds help maintain diversity and provide promising photographers from a range of backgrounds with extraordinary skills and education.

Sandbox Studio feels passionately about the enhancement that comes with a strong photographic education and the community that supports it. With ICP we hope to cultivate and nurture new talent in this great industry for years to come.

This year’s auction will focus on a theme of “ Elements “. We are hoping that artists will be inspired to produce or donate works that will be of great interest for many, giving attendees and buyers a small taste of the enormous talent and artistic ability of photographers.

The Art Show and Silent Auction will be held on Thursday, May 21, 2009 from 6 to 10 pm at our 11th Floor, 250 Hudson Street studio.
